Many of you have found the listing form, or parts of it, confusing, so we've revised and expanded the instructions which appear at the top of the form and we've moved all the required fields to the top of the form. Now you can more easily see what information and files you will need to provide before getting started on the form.

We want the Vault to be as useful and easy for you to use as possible, and we appreciate your input.
